Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We provide international shipping to major regions including the United States, Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia and other destinations we support. Shipping fees vary by destination, package weight and volume.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and official holidays). Peak seasons or customs inspection may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Time

International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on logistics, customs clearance and regional conditions. We do not guarantee absolute delivery time for uncontrollable international logistics factors.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are borne by the buyer. We do not cover tariff or tax costs generated during cross-border transportation unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, we will send a tracking number to your email when available. You can check logistics status through the carrier’s official tracking tools.

6. Lost & Damaged Goods

If a package is lost or severely damaged in transit due to logistics reasons, we will provide a refund or reshipment after verifying carrier proof. Damage after successful delivery / signing is not covered.
